1. I only want to modify the undercarriage parts of my own excavator, making it convert to an amphibious excavator, what is the specific process?

A: It is better if you can provide the nameplate of the excavator you want to modify, or just let us know the model and brand. We have a large database covering most excavator models.
  Only a few special models require CAD drawings of the center swivel part. If the relevant information can not be provided, we will also assist you in measuring.

 

2. I want to buy a new amphibious excavator, what brands of upper car-body can you provide?

A: We have established good partnerships with domestic and foreign excavator brand manufacturers, and we purchase and produce in batches, so we can provide customers with more cost-effective amphibious excavators.

 

3. What tonnage or sizes amphibious excavator can you provide?

A: We can provide 3 to 60 tons amphibious excavators, for larger sizes, we can also provide customized solutions.

4. Do you offer customization services?
A: Yes, as an OEM manufacturer of amphibious excavators, we provide a range of customization options, such as triple chain configurations for each pontoon and track shoes made of aluminum or UHMWPE alloy.

 

5. How long is the delivery time if I confirm the order and complete the payment? Do you have stock for fast shipping?

A: The general delivery time is 7-15 working days for the products in stock, 30 working days or more for customized products. Our lead time can also be flexibly adjusted and negotiated if the order demand is large.

 

6. How long is your product warranty period? 

A: We provide 18 months or 2000 working hours warranty for the main part of our undercarriage, 6 months or 1000 hours warranty for hydraulic motor and other components, 3 months or 500 working hours warranty for wearing parts, and other products are subject to actual warranty.
