1.Design: XE220SL Medium Amphibious  Excavator Pontoon Undercarriage is designed with 3 independent compartments. Even if an accident occurs and one compartment is broken, it will not sink right now, and can still come back to the land for repair.

2.Material: For the Pontoon Undercarriage body, Jiangsu River Heavy Industry use Shanghai Baosteel high-quality steel Q355B, Track Shoe material is HG785D,  the Wear strips materil is NM400, not cheap inferior steel, this ensure a longer service life of our Pontoon Undercarriage.

3.Surface Treatment: The surface has 2 layers of primer and 2 layers of topcoat, a total of 4 layers, and we use special paint for ships, with super anti-rust advantages.

Warranty: 1. 18 months or 2000 working hours warranty for the main part of our undercarriage; 2. 6 months or 1000 hours warranty for hydraulic motor and other components; 3. 3 months or 500 working hours warranty for wearing parts, other products are subject to actual warranty. After-Sale Service: Provide professional technical support to assist in product installation. During the warranty period, we will replace new parts for free or compensate for repair costs.
